It is very easy to get distracted and deviated from your goals, because there would be a thousand
other things you can do, but you choose one particular thing for a reason, right? So then how to
stay focused?
I realised this on my way to work last week. I chant my morning mantras while driving, because I am
alone at that time. That day, I was not able to because multiple other thoughts clouded my mind. I
kept chanting but the thoughts did not cease. So then, I started chanting out loud. And then, the
thoughts vanished. You have to raise the volume of your thoughts to cut the noise from distracting
you.
