Hear Me Out: The Authors Arena

31st May 2022

We, as humans continuously dive & dwell in emotions, and deal with known and unknown feelings in our everyday lives. And, when it comes to handling those, sometimes we succeed and sometimes we fail.
Most of us are not experts; we simply hide under the shrouds of our smiles and fancies.
So many times you might have felt the urge to express, to hold a helping hand, to make yourself heard. There are moments when we are clueless about how to react to a particular situation, how to get over a trauma, and how to make peace with things that bother us, and in these situations, it is totally fine to seek help.
HEAR ME OUT is an attempt from the makes of the bestselling anthology, 'Stamped, Sealed, But Unsent' to bring out those stories and experiences, right from your heart - it is an attempt to make yourself heard.
Hear Me Out will not be just a book, but a friend that you have been longing for. With a collection of life-changing experiences, narrated through stories with twists, turns, and emotions, you may find yourself in some of these experiences. You will not just read, you will FEEL.

These are not just stories, these will probably be Your Story. And, yes, these will not just be scribbles on paper, but strong enough to shatter the stereotypes of the society!

10 authors with powerful stories have come up with this book!

Here is a little bit about each of them and why they chose to be a part of this book.

Why Hear Me Out: Hear Me Out because it's been eons I have been mumbed
When I wanted to speak, I was pampered, bribed and sushed
When I raised a finger, I was shown the ground
When I stood up, I was shoved with responsibilities
Finally, when I steered, I was asked to seek permission
Hear Me Out, because the noise inside me is deafening now!

Megha Jitendra Kumar: Megha believes life is full of hope and has a go-getter attitude! She started writing at the age of 13 where she penned down diaries and has also written stories for children, a suspense story, and an ebook by the name of And She Rises - an introduction published on the Juggernaut app. She is a mother to two adorable kids and when she is not writing, she creates mandalas, zentangles, paints, and reads.
Why Hear Me Out:The reason I choose to write this anthology is I feel women (all of us)have some other secret fantasies which we cannot voice out due to society’s norm or definition of a ‘sanskari’ woman. This story is a wake-up call to all those women to speak their hearts and live a life they fully deserve.

Revathi Rajagopal: Revathi is a curious mom of two. She is a full-time Academician, Podcaster, Trainer, Mother, and a wannabe author. She loves to observe people and their behavior and always keeps reasoning the way it is. She loves to earn people and tries to practice what she has learned through her experience all these years. Her strength is my kids and she vows each day to be their inspiration.
Why Hear Me Out: Everyone, women to be specific, have been suppressing their opinions and thoughts in almost every moment of their lives. 'Hear Me Out' gave me the platform to express one of the many feelings women go through, through 'Niramaya'.
I bet you would relate to her. Happy Reading!

Mubina Hussain Nimakawala: Mubina is a homemaker, a mum to a five-year-old sonny boy, an artist, an interior designer, a poet, and mostly a small-town girl with big dreams. Rekindling the spirit of writing after a decade, she has contributed to three anthologies earlier, and now her efforts are dedicated to women's empowerment. Currently, she is the face and brain behind ZAHABI CREATIONS, where she creates what your heart wants. She is a Professional Beads and Decoupage Artist. Her expertise also lies as a Resin Artist and an Up-cycler. She is a BCA and MBA in Human Resources. Also, an interior designer alumnus of INIFD, Indore.
Why Hear Me Out: Taking the palette of colors, everyone talked about the perfect bright colors Red, Yellow, and Greens...Few talked about Blues...Black was uncalled for...No one spoke about the color Grey!... I wanted to talk about Grey. Let's Hear Me Out!

Nilshree Damani Yelulkar: An Engineer, A wife, a mother, a proud self-published author, and Founder of Authoropod! A normal home-maker, trying to add an EXTRA to her ORDINARY life!
Why Hear Me Out: We women keep facing stigmas on daily basis, either with our immediate family members or friends, at work front, or anywhere we go. But facing them is not a solution or a way out. There is a change, a revolution that needs to happen to make our situation better. And who else is going to begin it? We have to! I am not saying that reading this book will immediately bring the change, but the process will somewhere start. The tiny whisper will probably mold into a concrete voice! With that hope, I convinced myself to make this Anthology.

Surekha Pandit Verenkar: Former air hostess, a housewife, and a budding blogger. She also takes up events on her creative side and hosts her talk show “LimeLight”. When not running the business she narrows down her interest to reading books. She firmly believes “success comes to those who dare and act”
Why Hear Me Out: Everyone has a dream for themselves. As I was creating a career as a blogger, I was actually imagining writing a book side by side, something altogether different. When I was told about Hear me out, I had a vision that writing for this book might be a starting point for writing my book.

Renuka Mahesh: Renuka is a full-time child educator & homeschooling facilitator. She is a bakery connoisseur and a voracious reader, writing stories for kids for a decade. She takes care of her family venture Explore kids world which majorly facilitates kids in writing courses and publishing their work.

Why Hear Me Out: Expression is a strong way of letting yourself free. And different people choose different ways to express themselves. When we speak freedom of expression the major inclination goes on to expressing successes and happiness but the feeling like melancholy, heartbreaks, and Voids often remain in the precious treasure box called the heart.
I am a firm believer in "You say they forget, You write and you have evidence" and hence I choose to write as I thought the stagnant feeling and the old ordinary questions need a new answer. The same set of preconceived notions took a backseat in this sophisticated and freedom era but they just took a backseat they haven't gone. They peep up from time to time claiming their presence. This mere thought inspired me to write in "Hear Me Out" as I wanted the words to be recorded, Read, Read aloud, and heard.

Riya Tendulkar: An Engineer, An MBA grad, An artist, an entrepreneur. But above all a passionate teacher. Changing one life at a time with constant vigilance for the greater good Moto- Whatever happens, happens for the best
Why Hear Me Out: Today, all want to be a speaker but not a listener. All want to share their experiences but not learn from others.
But there are some whose experiences should be known to everyone as it teaches something very important.
'Hear me out ' is a path to get to know and learn about the unknown but important. Instead of Speaking, I decided to write and share as everything cannot be spoken but it can be written.

Vinisha Gupta Markan: A rebel of the first order, that’s what she calls herself. She is on a mission to smash the patriarchy. An author, a poet, a spiritual healer, and now a podcaster too along with being an impulsive mother to a lovely daughter.
Hmm, that’s all for now!
Why Hear Me Out: Women often have been told to compromise all their lives and now that era has to end. Thus, if she wants to spread her wings, she doesn't need your permission. All she needs to be FREE and HERSELF is an Ear to Hear!
