11.40 PM (IST): Inspector Sarthak on his regular patrolling rounds near Khandala ghats. PSI Krishna Rathod asks the driver to stop the van as he gets nature's call. He finds a tree and does his thing, meanwhile Rocky, the trained canine keeps barking and sniffing, as if he wants to lead them somewhere. PSI Krishna sees everyone running behind Rocky, zips up his pants, and starts following them.
Rocky stops near a huge Banyan tree and continues to go closer. In the dark is a badly injured naked body. There are deep wounds and several cigarette burn marks. Upon throwing light on it, Inspector Sarthak realizes it's a female body aged between 25 and 27 years. Stepping closer, Sarthak first checks if she is alive; She is. He finds a pink dupatta lying nearby to wrap the body to rush to the nearest hospital.





The hospitalized girl comes to senses 7 hours after being admitted. She is broken, physically as well as mentally. The first thing Sarthak asks her is her name, she says "Roshani". He asks about her family. She responds, "I am an orphan, and I don't have a family. Unfortunately, my fiance also left me in this condition, that is what I remember from the last moments before I went unconscious." Sarthak investigates her and goes home after that. Roshani's face keeps flashing, he is not able to just get over this case like his other cases. The next morning he talks to the doctor, and the doctor advises she can be discharged in the next two days. Meanwhile, Sarthak gets information about the rapists, who are searching for Roshani to be killed. He increases the security in the hospital.
On the day of discharge, he completes all the paperwork and other formalities and asks Roshani, "Where are you going to go now?" She says, "To my PG." "Well, that won't be safe right now," Sarthak replies. Roshani goes quiet for a moment and asks, "So what do you think I should do?" Sarthak says, "I know a place, let me take you there." "But where? See I have been through a lot. This out-of-the-way help, no matter with whatsoever intentions, I need to know where you are taking me." Roshani says in a rough tone. Sarthak smiles and says, "Do you know Aanchal?" Roshani seems a little relaxed and asks, "Do you think they will permit me to stay there?" "I work closely with Arunimaji, she will be very happy to make you a part of the Aanchal Family," Sarthak responds in no time.
Sarthak takes Roshani to Aanchal at around 7 p.m. The moment she enters, the pleasant view of the Tulsi plant, a few essence sticks instilling a pleasant Mogra smell in the air and Arunima Datar standing at the gate to welcome Roshani. Roshani had only heard about Anurima and seen a couple of interviews, but she was surprised to see such a famous person waiting for her to welcome her!
